How is this different from a generic meal plan? +
Every meal in your app was chosen specifically for your phase, your goals (energy, mood, cravings, etc.), your dietary restrictions, and your cooking time. The grocery list uses your actual stores. The cycle tracker uses your real dates. It's not a template with your name on it — it's a plan built from scratch for how you specifically eat and live.
Do I need to download an app? +
No App Store required. You receive a link, open it in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android), and tap "Add to Home Screen." It installs instantly and works exactly like a native app — including offline. No account, no login, no tracking.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies? +
The intake form collects your full dietary picture — allergies (strictly excluded), intolerances (minimized), dislikes (avoided), and eating style (omnivore through vegan). Every meal, recipe, and grocery item in your app respects these. If you're vegan, all animal products are replaced with plant-based alternatives that deliver the same key nutrients.
What if my cycle is irregular? +
The app includes an education section specifically on irregular cycles, PCOS, and how to adapt the phase-based approach when your cycle doesn't follow a standard pattern. Your intake form captures cycle regularity and any hormonal conditions so the plan accounts for them.
How does the Seasonal Reset subscription work? +
Every 3 months, you receive an email asking you to confirm your current cycle dates and any goal or lifestyle changes. We then rebuild your app with new seasonal recipes, updated produce, and your refreshed preferences — and send you a new link to install. The update takes less than 24 hours. Your old app continues to work until the new one is ready.
Can I cancel my subscription? +
Yes, any time. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your existing app continues to work indefinitely after cancellation — it's installed on your phone and doesn't require an active subscription to function.
Is my health information private? +
Your intake form responses are used only to build your app. They are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. The app itself stores nothing on any server — all data (grocery checkmarks, etc.) lives on your phone only.
